Balcony Chic narrates the story of illegally installed balconies and explores the various ways they are used in people's lives. What was originally designed as a recreational space for fresh air and sunbathing, and later transformed into a multifunctional space for survival, was showcased in the first edition. Now, amid a full-scale invasion, shelling, and power outages, balconies remain a not-so-safe but useful necessity for many Ukrainians. People are rethinking their balcony spaces, installing, for example, solar panels for backup power or Starlink for stable internet. The updated edition includes photographs from the first edition and features examples of balcony damage caused by shelling in Kyiv.

The EU has abolished the €150 duty-free threshold for international parcels.
A new fixed customs fee has been introduced: €3 per tariff line item in the customs declaration (separate HS code / country of origin). For book orders on our website, this means a single €3 fee per entire order, since books fall under the same tariff code.
This fee is included in the customs value and affects the subsequent calculation of import VAT.
