A gift certificate is an opportunity to give the freedom to choose from the selection of books available on our website. The holder of the certificate can independently select a publication that matches their aesthetic taste, interests, and preferences.
Terms of use:
- The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the certificate's face value, the difference can be paid.
- If the purchase amount is less than the certificate's face value, the difference is not refundable.
- The certificate can only be used to pay for goods on our website www.osnovypublishing.com
- The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one certificate can be used per order. If you want to use more than one certificate in an order, please email us at ilovebooks@osnovypublishing.com, and we will be happy to help you arrange this.
- The certificate can only be used once.
How to order a gift certificate?
- We send physical certificates by Nova Poshta during business hours (Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
- When placing your order, please provide all the details of the person to whom you are giving the certificate, or your own details if you are the recipient.
- If you have specified another person as the recipient, please leave your email address or phone number in the order comments so we can contact you if there are delivery problems.
How to use the certificate on the website?
- Select the items and add them to your cart.
- Enter the unique code from the certificate in the special “Promo code” field.
- Confirm your order — the certificate amount will be automatically deducted.

Orders within Ukraine are sent via the Nova Poshta postal service according to the carrier’s rates.
For every payment, customers receive a tracking number for their order via a notification in the Nova Poshta app or by email.
International orders can be placed on the website or arranged individually by writing to us at ilovebooks@osnovypublishing.com

The delivery cost paid on the website or via invoice does NOT include customs fees.
